As you mentioned,I use a question mark at the end of my topic because I think no one can really know it has being happened or it just wavered for a while.
The problem was from some mortgage lenders in US.The biggest companies in that industry in State-Countrywide financial may apply to bankrupt as it has met the liquidity problem.
The worse news is that those rating agencies has reestimated Countrywide’s credit level as ‘the cusp of the junk’ status. With escalating of the crisis,more and more banks,loan lenders and inverstors are involved.Northern Rock,which is one of the UK’s leading mortgage lenders and a pioneer in the European capital markets and Rams Home Loans,which is one of the largest residential home loan providers in Australia are all dropping into dark now.
We can see lots of countries’ central banks having movements agaist the gloomy situation.But we are still seeing more bad points out.
Is that the beginning of another financial crisis?If yes,I hope those investors who get into this marsh are able to control the losses as little as they could.Good luck~~~
