Just complain to Streamyx

I called to them and shoot them for solution of my problem:slow connection and frequent disconnection.In fact I have reported the same problem for times and yet no responds or nobody came here to check the line for me.

Sometime it turned to be normal so that I wouldn’t care about their actions.But this time I’m really angry because the connection works like a snail and sometimes even like rubbish.How can they treat me as nothing?I pay fees on time every month since I started to use Streamyx.I think it has used for 5 years.I can’t believe that the service from TM Net has no improvements at all.At least,to say about connection speed,still doesn’t stable and slow for a lot of users.

So now they give me another promise that my problem can be solved within 2 working days(by this Saturday).If it doesn’t realize at the time,I will directly write a report to CFM.I hope I won’t do so!!!

  1. Haha – my StreamyX is VERY reliable – so reliable in fact that I know that between 6.15pm and 7.15pm my connection is going to go down and my ADSL light will flicker – so religiously, that between those times I go take a nap and sometimes stay up till 3am when it's nice and fast.

    They would help you if they knew what they're doing, but I'm afraid they don't :(
