I said it yesterday that my line turned into normal from 11pm onwards.However,pleasant hours fly fast.It all came into the worse situation again when I got online today morning till now.

It is so weird.How comes the thing could get good and turn to bad again?This is the third day after I made the report and no improvements yet.Regarding to the issue,I had called more than 6 times to the customer service to get updates.

Come on!I wonder how long I still need to wait for.
