1.Slumdog Millionaire

I don’t think I have no need to explain too much on this famous winning movie of Oscar.It’s a dream about life,starting from the button to the top.

2.The Reader

Kate Winslet wins her award of best actress of Oscar.It’s a movie of love story,complicated with the unforgettable and miserable history of Auschwitz Concentration Camp.In fact I had watched it and from my view,it’s awesome.I know that history should never be erased,however forgiveness could be learnt.

3.Marley and Me

Marley(the lovely doggie) is a main role of a family and shares fun and sadness with his most sincere human friends.Most people have read the original fiction book and so sitting in the cinema will give you more touching experience.

Lastly,Jack Neo’s Love Matters has been on in Malaysia too.I’m now planning to go for it.Well,movies brings me a tight schedule.

I had introduced DIGI 3G broadband pre-launch packages several days ago.However,I did not mention clearly at that time that in its terms and conditions a 10GB/month fair usage policy was applied.I think DIGI had heard the loud voice on that terrible policy from its potential customers as 10G usage/month is definitely nothing for most heavy users.

I just read from theStar disclosing that circuit faults slow down Internet,sadly not from TM official website and it has been the fifth day after the issue took place.

PETALING JAYA: Streamyx broadband users will have to bear with sluggish surfing speeds until March 5 due to technical problems, according to a statement by Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM).

The statement said there has been a disruption of TM’s Internet services since Feb 18 due to circuit faults on the Asia Pacific Cable Network 2 (APCN2) between Malaysia and the United States.

Due to this, customers using Internet services may now experience slow browsing while accessing content hosted in the United States, said the statement.

Additionally, customers using Internet Protocol services such as Virtual Private Network (VPN) and other critical business applications linked to the United States may also experience some service degradation.

To alleviate the problem and ease the congestion, some links have been rerouted, TM said.

I really question on TM’s efficiency of response to public,to the problem and its communication channel.I can’t believe as a consumer,we only can get the news of after 100 hours.In this information world,that could cost a lot for many people and the funny thing is TM seemed to do nothing at first.I don’t think that’s the right way to do a business,even in a monopoly situation.

I wonder when TM could open their eyes to make a comparison on broadband services with good examples such as Korea,Singapore,Japan,Hong Kong and even Mainland China.Otherwise,the company will finally be failed by their users and dropped to be a rubbish.
