Yes, there is a lot of room for improvement in Malaysia broadband services. The users have been complaining about broadband coverage, reliability and speed since a few years ago. Since then we have more wireless broadband providers, but they are only good for casual browsing and/or mobile users. I personally do not understand why it is so hard for Malaysia broadband providers to upgrade their international bandwidth since broadband in Malaysia is actually more expensive than broadband in Singapore, e.g. Singnet. Yes,I believe oversell is an issue.In fact,five years ago when I started to use Streamyx,the connections to everywhere is good.However,since more and more higher speed packages introduced,I feel so hard to visit international websites.
