After 4 weeks waiting, today TM finally sent 2 installation teams to my house to do the job-one team was concerned on outdoor cable connection, another team was concerned on indoor network setup.
I live in a low rise apartment so that FTTH is the way of installation, not VDSL.The total installation took about 2 hours and all went quite smoothly. Now I can enjoy 10Mbps download/upload speed(Unifi VIP10) simultaneously and watch clear TV content.
A Motorola DECT phone is also included in the plan with free of charge.
Acutually, for me,nothing is more important than speed. So after all done,I directly did some speed test. Here are the results:
So far,I’m very satisfied with the performance.I hope it will never fail me.

I live in a low rise appartment too… All the houses around my appartment already in uNifi coverage.. Just my appartment without unifi.
How do you manage to get them install at your house??
If you want to install Unifi, you must make sure that there installed a Unifi box in your building. If not yet,you have nothing to do;if you find it is there, but not in the list of coverage, you could try to apply through agents as they may help you to apply for it.
Good luck!
The white little box thinggy on the TM pole right? yea, i saw that… It is just right in front of my low rise apartment less than 20m away. Prolly 10m away.
Thanks for your reply.
You’re welcome.I hope agent could help you register.
