Yeah! I got a Wii.

Last Monday was the important date that my wife and I had our married life for one year.So a special gift could not run away and this time I bought a Nintendo Wii to my dear.

I think for professional gamers,Wii is not a perfect console because it could only provide 480P videos and most of the games are quite girly.Well,it does fit my dear’s interest.

There are several stuff inside the box,but some differences may occur in different types of versions.In Malaysia,the original set is Asia/US version which is the same as the one in Singapore.Another popular set comes from Japan and most modified consoles are Korean.Of course,some people still prefer to order online to get the original US set.

Under the big box,there are two small cases:the console itself,one Wii Remote Plus controller,one Nunchuk controller,one sensor bar,standard composite cable and a power cord.

I only took 10 minutes to get it start to work as it really easily sets up.Currently I just tried some hours and I’m quite satisfied with the performance.Maybe I will consider to buy a balance board later to play Wii Fit Plus.

Another submarine cable launched

Google always makes some crazy investments and years ago,it went into a project called UNITY of constructing a submarine cable connecting US and Asia with multi-terabits capacity.Google started the work with other 5 regional telecoms:Bharti Airtel, Global Transit, KDDI, Pacnet, and SingTel.By the way,Global Transit is a subsidiary company under Khazanah Nasional Bhd(Malaysian National investment company).Thus,I believe the new bandwidth will also be apportioned to TM,the major telecom in Malaysia which has the widest coverage of broadband services.I guess the new international bandwidth may contribute to the latest HSBB service that will be launched in 3 days.

By this investment,Google awards 20% of the total bandwidth of the cable.It has a big win in this project as the new cable smoothens the connections of loading all contents,such as YouTube,Google search,Google Maps and so on,amongst Asian countries.

Now Facebook is so popular all over the world.I wonder when Facebook could invest in such a project too because currently loading some games and uploading some pictures during the peak hours in Facebook is really a nightmare.I’m waiting.

AMP Square Karaoke

My girlfriend,two of her cousins and I visited Sunway Pyramid.I’m sorry that I didn’t take any pictures there because we had a very tight schedule.We had our lunch,sang karaoke,bought books and cosmetics.

Nothing’s too special except we went to a new KTV-AMP Square Karaoke.I heard that it opened a few weeks ago and so rooms are still big,clean and tidy without smoking smell.

We were totally four in a room,but the waiter told us only two microphones could be provided in the room as it had been set in fixing,no additional mic could be added.All right,that should not be a problem to us.

The worse thing was about its sound insulation of each room.It performs bad all the time.Thus,we had to bear the hot music from neighbor rooms when we were singing soft one.

The good thing was we were only charged on the drinks we ordered without other fees.We were informed that it’s still running as trial so that the promotion tariff is applied.

Sudoku is not a new game,but recently I begin to play it frequently with no reason.Perhaps I want to get a higher IQ.  :D

With a reference of Wiki,Sudoku,in short,is a logic-based number-placement puzzle.The objective is to fill a 9×9 grid so that each column, each row, and each of the nine 3×3 boxes (also called blocks or regions) contains the digits from 1 to 9 only one time each.
