It will never be good experience,but I have to face it.

Spent weeks to treat my chronic active gastritis,however,the progress is quite slow.I checked a lot of different sources and found that there’s no short-cut to cure this illness.It will take time and it will be months at best and for year maybe.

Currently I still have nausea and abdominal pain in half of a week.I now get traditional Chinese medication to treat it-herbal medicine and acupuncture.

I also intake Vitamin B Complex with Zinc to help to heal my stomach mucosa as well as flax seed oil.

Since my stomach damage was caused by H. Pylori which has been applied with some antibiotics,I keep to have UMF10+ Manuka honey and yoghurt daily to eliminate the bad bacteria in the stomach by the natural way.

Now I do wish my stomach could be healthy asap.Guys,if you have any experience on this,please share your story here.Thanks.

As I posted before,U Mobile held a top-up and win contest with Maybank last month.The gifts include Samsung Galaxy Tab,ZTE HSDPA modem and free sms credits.I’m so lucky to get a free modem as the gift and collected it yesterday at U Mobile service center,Berjaya Times square.

U Mobile also gave us some surprise-free one month mobile broadband(MB40 plan) for the coming August with a new SIM which was registered on site.

The free modem is ZTE MF190 which supports HSDPA 7.2Mbps/USUPA 5.76Mbps.I think it’s good enough for most mobile broadband users.But if you’re living at U Mobile’s upgraded HSPA+ coverage area and want to fully utilize it,you may go to buy a HSPA+ modem instead,hopefully it won’t be too costly.

The design is very simple.It has a SIM slot and a microSD slot,both are hidden under the cover that you’re not going to find it easily.The size is moderate as well as its weight.I will test the performance when the free period starts.Stay tuned if you’re interested!

I like U Mobile more now because they always throw out all kinds of goodies for the customers.I just hope U Mobile could keep improving the quality of network.The worst thing I met when using U Mobile is sometimes I can’t get data connections while roaming at Celcom 2G network.And I know I’m not alone.

U Mobile,could you solve this problem?I’m waiting.

After 4 weeks waiting,today TM finally sent 2 installation teams to my house to do the job-one team was concerned on outdoor cable connection,another team was concerned on indoor network setup.

I live in a low rise apartment so that FTTH is the way of installation,not VDSL.The total installation took about 2 hours and all went quite smoothly.Now I can enjoy 10Mbps download/upload speed(Unifi VIP10) simultaneously and watch clear TV content.

A Motorola DECT phone is also included in the plan with free of charge.

Acutually,for me,nothing is more important than speed.So after all done,I directly did some speed test.Here are the results:

So far,I’m very satisfied with the performance.I hope it will never fail me.

Normally we always believe that adult need to sleep for at least 6-7 hours a day to maintain the energy for whole-day work.Well,the latest research indicates that there are 1%-3% of population might not need to have such ‘long time’ to sleep as the special gene in their bodies could let them maintain at a good status even if only sleeping for 4-5 hours.

The researchers call them ‘sleepless elite’,most people in the group are energetic, outgoing, optimistic and ambitious.As they sleep less,they do have more time to find interesting stuff and always do several things at once.Thus,in history,quite a number of ‘sleeping elite’ had wonderful lives,such as Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and Leonardo da Vinci.

I could be counted into this group partly because I always sleep after midnight and wake up quite early,never depending on caffeine to load up and seldom having a nap in the afternoon,but I don’t think I’m in the group of elite up to date.Perhaps years later,the answer will be much clearer.

I think I’m not necessary to give out the detail about the huge disaster here again because there’s no reason that we don’t know it.

The disaster causes a massive damage of that country(you can see the facts with satellite images here).Furthermore,it brings a lot of uncountable loss for the nation-no one deserve to suffer that loss in any circumstances.Some source claimed that more than thousands of people were dead and more are still missing.The nuclear incidents are still happening as it’s hard to control in an unstable condition up to date.

We have known that even in a developed and well-prepared country like Japan,the unpredictable stuff is always there to block off the way of recovery.Currently in many cities of Japan,water and other necessities are out of stock and the situation will not soon be relieved since the transport and power supply system were strongly destroyed and has no signs to be resumed soon as the weather there is quite poor and many aftershocks take place all the time.

Many organizations and companies have been moving their steps to donate the goods and funds in order to help Japan overcome the issues.I hope my dear readers can also join the club to donate your love to them.

Christmas is a holiday for family and friends gathering together to share the happiness and sadness in the year and together to welcome the new beginning,new year.I had missed a lot of time with my lovely family,so I think I ought to spend more time with them if possible,though I could only stay there for 10 days at this time.

Well,in my schedule,I have bulks of things to do-some places I wanna visit,some foods I wanna taste,some ones I wanna meet up.I hope I can arrange all stuff orderly so that I will not miss any of them.

The weather in Shanghai should be quite cold,most probably around Celsius zero.I want to walk along the streets with white snow coating.I really wish it could come true.

My wife and I bought a second hand apartment several months ago.After paying for all legal fees and charges for transactions,we successfully got the key of the house one month ago.

It’s not the end of the story;in fact,it brings up dozens of new matters that we need to care about,eg. what is the budget for the renovation,for the furniture and home accessories?What kind of renovation we need to do?Of course,more small stuffs jump out all the time so that we have to review our plans again and again,trying our best to solve it.

My wife works hard in the office every day.As the freeman,I have to take the most care of the house because from my thought,it’s a new beginning of our life.I could never allow to mess it up.I run several times a day to my unit which is located at fourth floor to check for the progress and communicate with the contractor to ‘moisturize’ the plan instantly.I ran myself to choose the lights and tiles.I drew the floor plan by myself to draft the way to put the furniture.

I can say that sometimes even in my dreams,I also dream something about the renovation.Well,I’m damn crazy on it.Oops,the renovation work will last for another 2-3 weeks and I have to keep going on it.It’s tired,but I do enjoy it!Home is never easy to be built up.I’m on the way to make it happen.Maybe it’s not perfect,but I tried.

The apartment I bought months ago will be transacted to my hand in any second.So I think I’d better to learn how to plan to do some simple renovations of that unit.A floor plan may be helpful to let me see the effects of arrangements directly and easily do some adjustments later.Here we go.

Well,I believe the real thing will not be so simple at all.

Yesterday we were all together with Pei Pei to give her a nice 24-year-old birthday memory.We watched the fantastic movie-Avatar in the afternoon and then went to have a delicious dinner in ‘The Apartment’ at The Curve.

The foods were damn good.I ate non-stop even though my tummy had been full.I think Pei Pei was so happy being there.You could see the exhausted smiles on her face.

After all,I just wish that we all could be happy all the time.

I’m so sorry I didn’t update the blog recently as I was quite busy on some personal matters.

Firstly,I prepared the list of all guests in Malaysia who are willing to attend the wedding celebration in Shanghai,China.

Secondly,my fiancée and I took one day to take photos for pre-wedding album and took another day to choose the preferable pictures to be processed as sets of albums.

Thirdly,I visited PC fair in the last weekend and bought a handsome HP laptop.

And finally I’m going to pick up the pair of wedding bands in the coming weekend.

I still have a long to-do list for the coming 2 months.That means I may not come to post the updates so frequently.However,I promise I will not leave the blog alone.Stay tuned!

All are starting from my fresh story.I’m a Maybank user for more than 7 years because I like Maybank2U-the online banking service very much.Thus,I normally save all my funds in my Maybank account and withdraw from ATMs when I need some cash.

Today I just past through Amcorp Mall and found that I only left very few money in my wallet.So I went to the nearest Ambank ATM to withdraw some cash.The terrible thing was there.I inserted my Maybank card into the ATM and followed all instructions as normal.The card returned as well as the receipt,but no cash out.

I stayed there for 5 minutes and yet nothing came out.I decided to go back home first to check the balance of my account online.It was bad that the amount had been credited from my account.Instantly I called to Maybank 24-hour customer service to report this incident.However,the phone was caught after I enjoyed waiting for 20 minutes.This is not the worst.After I got my report number,the staff told me that the fund will only be transferred to my account after 2-4 weeks until the investigation being done.

Oops,I feel I’m so lucky that I didn’t withdraw a big amount at that time.Otherwise,I have to eat bread during this month perhaps.I doubt that as what I know,banks check on the balance every day and furthermore a lot of work in the banks have been electronically.That means all information should be in real time.Why do I need to wait for that long to get my money back?

From this case,I realize that Malaysian local banks don’t know what the efficiency is yet.I’m so surprised!

I went to sleep at 11：30pm yesterday because I didn’t feel well with some fever.

I just knew that the whole body was very cold and I had to roll myself into the blanket.I took quite long time to get into sleep and fortunately when I woke up,I had a bit headache only.

I will have a good rest today again to fix my weak body.Enjoy the time of early sleep and wake up late.

Today I brought some luxury goods which cost me thousands of bucks.It helps me tight up the relationship with my darling.For some guys,that may mean for a start of disaster;for me,that means love and warmness.

I have lots of things to plan and to do in the several months.However,I feel grateful.

The past one week was damn busy.My friends and I travelled many places.I’m now sharing with you some pictures which record my footprints of last one week.

This is just a thumbnail of my past week.The pictures are only the slides of that moment.However,the memory is the one that catches everything of the past.

I had my 24 year-old birthday in that week.It was very simple and peaceful.After experiencing so many things,I feel that a peaceful life is perhaps the best life.

Well,I have a very full schedule for this weekend.

Tomorrow I will have a shopping and relaxing day and then on the next day,I will go to Genting to enjoy a free,cool and exciting experience.

My girlfriend and I didn’t go to any shopping mall in the past several months since both of us had a very tough financial position.Thus,stay away from those places perhaps is a pretty effective way to cut cost.Yes,now we’re able to release a bit of our pressure because we started to see more and more hopes in front of us.Really great!

I have to face my damn terrible ACCA exams at the beginning of June.So after coming back from Genting,I will put 200% effort on my revision.
