Google Chrome on TV

Google now starts to promote the browser Google Chrome on TV.The latest video clip is saying how convenient the extensions on Google Chrome work.

I have to admit that I am a Google fan:I’m using Gmail to send and receive emails;I’m using Nexus One which is a Google phone with Android system;I’m searching stuff by Google search engine;Even now I’m open Google Chrome to write this blog post.Google is everywhere in my life and that’s what Google’s doing-try to touch into everybody’s daily life and it is the exact way that Google generates income.

Well,Google is not satisfied with what it’d done and wish to go further to attract more attentions from potential users.TV advertisement is really a good way to go.

Do you like this video?I like it very much as it’s showing how technologies could help us build up a warm memory.Guys behind Google are too smart. :)

LRT extensions(Update)

Finally I’m able to get some details from the official source.According to the proposal,Kelana Jaya LRT extension line will commence from Lembah Subang – Kelana Business Centre, through Subang, USJ, Alam Megah and ending at the hub in Putra Heights. The proposed line will consist of 13 new stations and approximately 17km of guideway;

Ampang LRT extension line will commence from the present Sri Petaling station, passing through Puchong, Kinrara and ending at the hub in Putra Heights. The proposed line will consist of 13 new stations and approximately 17.7km of guideway.

The stations will be equipped with all necessary facilities and be comfortable to the physical disables as well.

Both lines are expected to be commissioned by end of 2012.

Here’s the proposed map for the extensions:

As I know, the new stations will also be designed with modern elements.

However,I still think that more 4-car trains introduce to the existing lines should be a good arrangement because nowadays both lines are having around 4-hour overloading during the working days.

I also suggest Rapid KL to modify the current 2-car trains to be 4-car trains and make some decorations and upgrades on the trains in order to continue providing a better quality of service.

How will the project go?We’ll see.

LRT extension

Recently I visited Rapid KL website and was surprised to see the disclosed information about the proposed extension of LRT lines.

In fact the news has spread over for more than 2 years, but there are always no updates and so I just thought that the extension should have been cut on the half way.

Rapid KL LRT extensionI’m so curious on the whole project.I tried to click the related link and it was redirected to Department of Railways-which is under the Ministry of Transport. However,it made me sad because the link supposed to show the details of the project didn’t exist yet.

I just want to say the extension of LRT lines could benefit millions of people who live in the Klang Valley area, but if it fails,it fails many people too.The involving parties should take some necessary conversations, especially with the potential passengers-those people have bulks of reasons to know what will happen in front of them.

I wish it will be updated at the website as soon as possible.

[Update]:Sep. 21st,2009 Today I tried to visit the official website of LRT extension.I was surprised that it finally works. So I wish the people who has knowledge, special request or own ideas could give some feedbacks there. You may change your life! :)
