Finland writes a piece of sentence to say that one megabit is a legal right in Finland. It is the first country in the world to make broadband Internet access as a guaranteed legal right of its citizens.Nevertheless,it is just a start. The country’s ministry of Transport and Communication announced that the broadband speed will reach 100Mbps by the end of 2015.
I don’t want to compare too much between Finland and Malaysia as it seems not to be so fair because Finland is a developed country where Malaysia is still under developing.Obviously people in Malaysia have to pay RM88(US$26) monthly to get the basic legal right in Finland.
Is that the gap between so-called developed and developing?I really don’t know.
