Filezilla
Do you have your own website hosted?Do you always upload your website files by FTP?If yes,I think you always want to get a FTP client software which can provide a fast transfer speed and a stable transmission.Previously I used FlashFXP for uploading purpose.I was quite satisfied with its performance until recent days.Because of the undersea cables broken, the connections to Europe and America congested. So for me,it was so hard to complete to transfer files to my hosting server which is located in USA because of frequent timeouts.
I was given some suggestions to try Filezilla instead since it functions with multitask transfer and resume-from-breakpoint which might possibly eliminate the bad effects in this lousy network. It did the uploading work smoothly without any concern at that time.Thumb up!It’s really a good suggestion.
Filezilla is a open license software so that it means free to users. And as my experience,it works so fine. Thus,I’ll keep using it as my preferential FTP software until I find some better one and I’m doing the recommendation here.
You could get more info from Wiki or SourceForge.net .Trying it will lose nothing, right?
