Several days ago,I saw an announcement noticing for collecting iKad which was sticking on blackboard in the college.And yesterday I picked up the card.

As you know I applied iKad in July and at that time the office told me that I can get the iKad by September.But in fact I get it at the end of October which has been late for a month,anyway it is still acceptable.

Now I can use it instead of my passport.It will be really release my pocket and bring to me some conveniences.Upon my observations I realized that the card has integrated photos,chips and special interface etc as the way to prevent forging.If you take a close look of the back of card,you can find out that the last line of NOTIFICATION is providing the way to check the status of card holder.

Whether in the near future,the card has more functions?Like electronic visa?If you are foreign students,workers,employers and even PR holders in Malaysia,you should apply for it since it can help you reduce the possibility of losing or damaging your passport.And on the other way,I believe that the government is still available to make further improvements on processing time and as I said,perhaps developing more functions.
