In fact I had got a call on September 15th,the day after the installer’s sit visit,informed me that I was not able to get the upgrade to 4Mbps TM Streamyx service.However,I didn’t give it up as I know if I could let them rewiring the 1.75KM copper line to be fiber optics from Central Office(the nearest DSLAM) to my place,I would definitely have the chance to make the upgrade successful.Unfortunately what I thought was so easy.Yesterday I received the mail sent from TM customer service manger who officially ‘refuses’ my request of upgrading.

From the letter,the customer service manager had mentioned that the issue is due to their infrastructure limitation,but no solutions noted yet.I’m wondering when the so-called near future will be.
