Taxi service in Malaysia is so hard to get good comments from locals as well as foreign tourists. The most complaints are about not following meter and bad attitude.
Recently, the taxi fare raised again. That brought out a lot of noises from those taxi passengers. Why could they increase their fares while providing such a lousy service?
Malaysia’s Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) noticed the problems and decided to use the power of technology to supervise the taxi industry,to make sure that taxi service could get improvements after revising the fares. MeterOn App goes for that purpose.
Sometimes you may face the booking issue when you are stuck in a city that you didn’t plan to stay. Most hotel reservation websites/apps only accept the booking at least 24 hours before you arrive. That normally causes quite a lot of headache if you’re not familiar with the city that you stay in. Most people have no choice but just walk into a nearby hotel which you totally don’t know the price as well as the overall quality until you get there. So it could be a nightmare if you’re not lucky enough.
HotelQuickly is intending to solve that kind of problems. It only provides the last-minute booking ( from today or tomorrow) and could book for 5 days at most.It promises to offer better prices and only those with good reputations will be offered. It’s quite simple to use it.
