Recently a lot of rumors express that HSBB will be rolled out in any time of the rest of this year or the early next year.Many people want to figure out more details of this project and yes,they have something.

TM replied that the first areas designated for commercial HSBB roll-out in Q1 2010 are TTDI, Subang Jaya, Bangsar and Shah Alam.In the Q3,more areas will be available to the high speed broadband service.If the progress could follow this schedule,we still have to wait for at least one year for the service.If you are lucky enough that you are living in the first areas and are selected by TM,you may be entitled as a beta tester to try out the new service before the official roll-out,most probably at the end of this year.

For me,I only can stay at home to receive more news because I’m not that lucky.

The latest news about HSBB(High Speed Broadband) is the official roll-out in some areas will be initiated at the end of this year.The lucky areas are Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Bangsar, Subang Jaya and Shah Alam,which will be fully covered by HSBB access infrastructure soon.

The HSBB service will be slowly expanding and in 2012,more than 1.3 million of premises will have access to HSBB.

I’m now waiting for 5-6 months to see the comments from the first batch of HSBB home users.I think many people are waiting too.
