Is that worth buying iPad 2 if you already have iPad?

Well, when we look at this question,I think we should look at the advantages of iPad 2 first.

1.a faster CPU and GPU.

It could let you run apps much smoothly and surely get better gaming experience. However, according to the users of original iPad,most of apps could run quickly,at least reaching their expects. However,a better GPU is a great point as many iPad users complain that the performance on the current one is too weak.

2.a sharper screen.

Although the resolution of iPad and iPad 2 are the same,1024*768 pixels. However,in the latter model,it could support 132ppi,meaning that you will have a more detailed display, especially when you’re enjoying those HD videos or high quality photos.

3.camera

In iPad 2,Apple finally brings camera function in.In fact,it’s not a new idea, but it’s new on iPad.The front camera could be used for Facetime,a video communication tool in iOS and the back camera could shoot 720p HD video in 30 frames/sec or make photos. It’s better than the original one that has no such functions.

4.Smaller size and lighter weight

iPad 2 has lost the belly and weight so that users could carry it more comfortable and convenient.

5.Support 1080p HD play

Compared to the previous one that only support 720p,iPad 2 is able to play 1080p HD video. Thanks the new GPU!

6.2 colours

Black and white are in the list, not like the old one that has only one colour.

7.HDMI output

iPad 2 now supports HDMI output with connecting with the specific cable costing US$39.With it,sharing something in your iPad 2 to others will be easy. That’s pretty nice! And you could try to play games, read articles, doing some work etc. on the bigger screen too.

8.3-axis gyroscope

It’s a new stuff in iPad 2.I thinks developers will know how to use it to create more interesting apps to attract potential customers.

That’s my two cents.Well,it may not be complete, but I think it could be your reference when you make decision-whether it’s worth buying it or not. Consumers are always smart, aren’t they?

0% interest

If you are a credit card holder,I don’t think you will feel so strange on 0% interest.Actually a lot of banks take 0% interest as a big title for their promotions to encourage the existing customers to spend.Recently I got a similar ‘great’ deal from local H Bank introducing in the latest brochure.

In the brochure,it says I’m eligible to make cash advance within the available credit limit of the credit card with 0% interest.Read until this point,I had already raised up my questions:if 0% of interest, what will the bank earn?So I read carefully word for word and found this note:5% cash advance fee will be charged and the 0% interest rate is just for 6 months.

To some simple calculations,we just transfer 5% cash advance fee into annual interest rate, which will be 10%.Please don’t forget that 0% interest is only valid for the half year and after that period, the normal interest rate for credit balance will be charged. Thus,if people take this advantage to get some money, but unable to pay it up within 6 months,he will be charged more than 10% at the end.In fact,a few personal loan interest rates that banks offering are better than this.

Banks always play such tricks to bluff us,so we have to be smart enough to not let it work.
